Owing to the handcrafted nature of the designs slight variations may occur between individual items, but every effort will be made to maintain the overall uniformity within each order. From time to time materials may be unavailable or discontinued, I reserve the right to substitute materials as near as possible to the original specification. Any materials sent to us for colour matching will be returned to you.

Safety  Many of the decorative materials used in our designs are small and may present a choking hazard for babies or small children.   Every effort is made to ensure that all trimmings are securely attached, but to avoid accidents please keep stationery out of reach of babies and children.

Completion  I will make every effort to complete your order as agreed, and you will be notified immediately of any delays arising from unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation  If, for any reason, you have to cancel your order, or part thereof, please let me know as soon as possible, and confirm the cancellation in writing.  You will be invoiced for any work carried out up to the time of receiving your notice of cancellation.

Non-Payment  of any remaining balance, after Proofs have been approved, will be deemed to imply cancellation of the order, and work on your order will cease.   You may be invoiced for any materials purchased to fulfill the order prior to non-payment.  Deposits paid are non-refundable.

Delivery  I will notify you by telephone or email when your completed order is ready for despatch.  All orders, or part orders, will need to be signed for on arrival.   Proofs are sent by Recorded  or Special Delivery, Samples by Standard First Class Mail, and completed orders or part orders by Parcel Service or Courier.   If your order is damaged or fails to arrive, please notify us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 5 working days.

Privacy Policy  On no account will any personal information you give us be passed on to any other persons or agencies, except for the purposes of debt collection.  Your order details will be kept on file until the date of your wedding and are then removed.

Business Promotion  My business name and web address are printed discreetly on the back of invitations, orders of service and menus and this is a significant source of repeat orders.  If you have any objections to this please let me know when ordering.
