Click here to download a  PDF Printable Order Form   Send the completed Form to me with your payment cheque (orders of less than £100 must be paid in full).  Your order will be confirmed by email or post and Proofs will be submitted for your approval, after which any remaining balance will become payable. 

Please allow 6-8 weeks for completion of your stationery, this is only a guideline and many orders are completed more quickly.  If you need your stationery urgently please contact me before ordering.

As soon as your order (or part thereof) is finished I'll contact you to arrange delivery.  Most orders are despatched in stages - Invitations first, followed later by Orders of Service, Menus etc. - you will only be charged ONCE for delivery. 

Post & Packing
Samples are sent by Standard First Class Mail
Proofs are sent by Recorded or Special Delivery which will require a signature
Completed orders, or part orders, are sent by Next Day Parcel Delivery.  
A separate Delivery Charge of £6.50 is made for Table Plans.
